Made for More Mental Health and Counseling About the Role Made for More Mental Health and Counseling is a newly established clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. We are looking for a clinician who is trained in navigating trauma, supporting clients in creating lasting change, teaching coping skills and providing resources for mental health stressors, and understanding the unique challenges facing youth and adolescents. We are seeking a part-time clinician to join our clinical team as a founding provider, with the opportunity to help shape clinical programming and culture as the practice grows. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, group or family therapy to presenting clients Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations (HIPAA, CMS Standards) Collaborate with referring providers, psychiatrists, and other clinic staff on coordinated care Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated Participate in case consultation and contribute to shaping clinical protocols and best practices as the clinic grows Continue to work towards professional licensure and complete required continuing education Qualifications Pass a BCI background check with fingerprints Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program Demonstrated clinical experience working with trauma informed care and modality proficiency Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills Comfortable working in a small, developing clinical environment where flexibility and growth are required Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of evidence-based modalities relevant to these populations (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, DBT, other specified modalities) Prior experience in a new or growing practice A qualified candidate will be engaged in meeting people where they are, creating felt safety for clients and colleagues, be developing a growth mindset and perform duties with integrity Job Details Part-time (minimum 12 clinical hours), W-2 position, with potential to grow to full-time Schedule flexibility available; specific days/hours to be discussed with candidates The ability to build your caseload around your specific skillset The opportunity to create specialty programs, therapy groups, and other support services Supervision provided In-person at our Clearfield location To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief explanation about your clinical interests and experience to:
