Job Description

Elevations RTC is a residential treatment program for teens. We are seeking individuals who have excellent judgement, who can accept feedback and work towards improvement. Night Shifts are 11 PM
  • 7 AM 40 hours a week for full-time + benefits Shift is Thursday
  • Monday 11:00 pm
  • 7:00 am Starting pay $15 per hour, starting wage potentially higher DOE/DOQ Potential to earn $17/hour after 15 months Benefits after 90 days: health, dental, vision, 401k (full-time only) Earn paid time off (full-time only)
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision and advocacy for youth, physical check every 15 minutes. Stays awake during shift. Monitor and assist with morning routine Participates in staff meeting at least once a month. Stays current on information presented in staff meeting Communicates regularly with supervisor, which includes responding to emails, text messages, and phone calls. Records information in shift report by writing information in report at the end of each shift, and verbally giving information to the next shift worker Participate in a culture of giving and receiving feedback. Professional conduct in dress, actions, language, and all communication. Performs all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Must be 21 or older Must possess a current and valid driver's license. Must maintain all required certifications such as: (CPR / First Aid, etc. Trainings offered on the job) Must be a collaborative team player with an eagerness to grow professionally. Must have a history of being timely and reliable. Must pass a background check Must hold a Diploma or High school equivalent
