Category Schools - Behavior Specialist Job Type Contract Soliant Education is searching for a Behavior Aide for a school in the Innsbrook, Virginia area! This is a full-time, onsite position for the 2026-2027 school year.

$22-$26 an hour

Details and Responsibilities:

Working with students who exhibit extreme behaviors Some students have aggressive tendencies and de-escalation techniques will be required Collaborate with staff to ensure each student meets and exceeds goals Working 1:1 or in small groups Will aid in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:
