Now hiring at our Hampton clinic Apply today. Duties Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under supervision. Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene tasks. Support clients in educational activities aligned with their individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral goals. Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with supervising clinicians and team members to adjust strategies and ensure consistent care delivery. Foster a positive, engaging environment that promotes skill development and behavior management. Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance is a plus. Strong communication skills for effective data collection, documentation, and teamwork. Passion for teaching, patient care, and supporting individuals with autism or other developmental challenges. Ability to follow detailed care plans and adapt interventions based on client needs and progress.
