Position Summary We are seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-Trainee) to join our growing team. This role provides community-based mental health skill-building and therapeutic support services in accordance with Virginia DMAS and DBHDS regulations. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals develop coping skills, improve functioning, and achieve personal goals. Key Responsibilities Provide DMAS-approved community-based mental health services , including skill-building, support, and therapeutic interventions Conduct client assessments and contribute to Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) based on strengths, needs, and clinical goals Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation (progress notes, service delivery, and observations) per DMAS and agency standards Collaborate with supervisors, case managers, families, and other providers to ensure coordinated and consistent care Provide crisis intervention and connect clients to appropriate community resources when needed Educate clients and families on coping skills, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and wellness strategies Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional boundaries at all times Qualifications Must meet Virginia DBHDS criteria for:

QMHP-A QMHP-C
