Immediate Opening - In-Person (Clinic, School, and Community-Based Services) About Us Calhoun Consulting, LLC is a small, Doctor-owned clinic serving neurodiverse children and adults in the greater Bothell area. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician (BT) to deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA services. This position offers extensive in-house training and daily clinical support. Some positions are split between our clinic and a local partner school, where BTs support clients in attending school alongside their peers — this will be discussed in detail during the phone screening. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 direct services in clinic, school, and community-based settings Implement individualized behavior support plans developed and overseen by our supervising BCBA Accurately collect and record data throughout the day Maintain timely and professional documentation Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and trainings Required Qualifications Genuine interest in supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse, neurodivergent needs Positive, patient, and professional attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when needed Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a criminal background check and abuse/neglect registry checks (per Washington State DSHS and insurer requirements) Reliable transportation and a clean driving record Availability for full-time, day-shift hours Monday-Friday in Bothell, WA Preferred Qualifications (NOT

Monday-Thursday:

approximately 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Friday:

approximately 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Our clinic follows the North Shore School District calendar for holidays and scheduled breaks throughout the year (excluding teacher in-service days), with the addition of one week off in early July and one week off in late August totaling approximately 6 weeks of scheduled closure annually. Compensation Hourly pay:

$25-$29, commensurate with experience Paid training and professional development assistance Benefits Comprehensive health insurance (medical and dental) — optional enrollment Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrues at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. PTO is available for use during our scheduled clinic closures — we close for approximately 6 weeks throughout the year. Staff who prefer to continue working during closures have the option to do so Tuesday-Thursday for families who also wish to continue services.

Paid Sick Leave:

Accrues separately at the same rate (1 hour per 40 hours worked). Available for illness and medical appointments. 6 paid holidays (included within our scheduled closure calendar) 35 hours of flexible unpaid time off available throughout our regular operating calendar — for personal time, appointments, or other needs that fall outside scheduled closures.
