Responsibilities Conduct assessments and gather data to inform behavior intervention plans. Coordinate and conduct intakes, assessments, and observations to develop a cohesive Functional Behavior Assessment Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disorders Implement individualized behavior intervention strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data collected. Maintain accurate medical documentation and records related to client care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Provide training and support to families and caregivers regarding behavioral strategies. Engage in research data collection to contribute to ongoing program evaluation and improvement. Uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues. Qualifications

• BACB Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification and/or QASP Certification

• Master's degree (or Masters Degree in progress) in education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation 1-year experience working as a behavior instructor implementing ABA interventions with children with autism 1-year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in education, psychology, or behavior analysis preferred One year experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions Assessment experience: PDBBI, VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, FBA, PEAK Knowledge and experience with
