This is an in-person position based out of Kirkland, WA Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists. The goal at Dayspring is to thrive at work while providing excellent mental wellness care to our community. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, associate therapists will: Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online) Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Attend weekly supervision meetingsCompensation & Benefits Compensation:
