Job Description
Trace Behavior Support is a children's mental health agency that has served youth with special needs and their families since 1997. We provide several services, including: One-to-one Behavior Specialists
- Implementation of individualized education and behavior plans
- Seasonal special needs camps
- Child and family psychotherapy
- Joining Trace Behavior Support We are looking for staff to finish out this current school year!
We also provide:
Ongoing video training- Weekly job coaching
- Full-time Behavior Specialists also receive a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and non-cashable paid time off
- Out-of-county travel compensation
Preferred:
Received or pursuing a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child/Family Development, Mental Health/Family Counseling, Education, or a related field- Experience working with vulnerable or mentally ill populations and/or working in a residential treatment facility or group home
- Teaching experience
- Minimum qualifications: A high school diploma
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Able and willing to drive throughout King and Snohomish County
- Valid driver's license & auto insurance
- Clean criminal history
- CPR certification
Location:
Our office and summer camp are located in West Seattle; however, we serve children and families in North King and Snohomish County. Must be willing to commute from your home to a North King or Snohomish County school location. Trace Behavior Support ranks in the top 20th percentile on Indeed's Work Wellbeing score! Full-time Starting Salary:
Your hourly compensation is based on your classification: BS1: $30.00/hour BS2: $32.50/hour BS3: $35.00/hour- Opportunities for wage increase throughout the year.
- New staff train with a cohort of peers or individually.
- $500 bonus for new staff who complete the training series
- This is an hourly position that includes overtime eligibility.
