The Licensed Mental Health Associate provides culturally responsive mental health assessments and psychotherapy to the Tribal community, including individual, child/family, and relationship counseling.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering counseling services under supervision; conducting assessments; developing treatment plans; Providing crisis intervention, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring confidentiality; Collaborating with internal and external providers; supporting substance use and mental health integration; Participating in community outreach, education, and professional development; Completing billing and documentation within required timeframes.

Qualifications:

Master's degree; LMHCA, LMFT, or LICSW Associate license in WA; 1+ year therapeutic experience with diverse ages and diagnoses; Ability to commute to Oakville, WA; in-person work required.
