Job Description

Telecare's Tumwater Evaluation & Treatment Center (E&T) provides acute inpatient behavioral health services for adults experiencing psychiatric crises. Our multidisciplinary team delivers compassionate, recovery-centered care designed to help individuals stabilize, regain hope, and successfully transition to the next stage of treatment and recovery. As an Associate Clinician, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey. Working alongside psychiatrists, nurses, rehabilitation therapists, peer support specialists, and recovery specialists, you will provide clinical services that promote safety, dignity, and recovery. Starting Pay:
$80,168.40 - $84,024.91
Full Pay Range:
Up to $100,015.91 Telecare applies geographic pay differentials. Starting pay is based on the geographic location of the position and relevant experience above the minimum qualifications. Conduct psychosocial assessments and behavioral health evaluations Complete treatment planning, rehabilitation planning, and discharge coordination Provide individual and group interventions in an acute inpatient setting Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support recovery goals Coordinate care with hospitals, behavioral health providers, community agencies, and support systems Participate in court-related processes and documentation as appropriate Utilize Telecare's Recovery-Centered Clinical System (RCCS) Deliver services using trauma-informed care and Telecare's "No Force First" philosophy Support individuals in building skills that promote recovery and successful community reintegration
Active Washington State Associate License:
LMFTA LSWA LMHCA
Master's Degree in Social Sciences One (1) year of post-master's direct service experience supporting individuals with mental illness
