The position is initially set for the first semester, with the possibility of extension into the second semester based on program needs. Demonstrated experience as a Paraprofessional, RBT, or CNA in a school or healthcare setting Ability to engage and support students with diverse needs in academic and personal growth Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and school priorities Strong collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, therapists, and other educational staff Excellent communication, patience, and a positive, student-centered attitude

Role Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and student engagement Provide one-on-one or small group academic and behavioral assistance Help with activities of daily living and mobility for students requiring physical support Document progress and communicate observations with the educational team Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment Enjoy highly competitive compensation$20-22 per hour for paraprofessionals, $25-27 for RBTsdelivered via weekly pay.
