Nestled in the rolling hills of Dodgeville, Wisconsin (just 45 minutes from Madison), our residential substance use treatment program is grounded in passion, integrity, dedication, and service. We believe every person's recovery journey deserves a hopeful, healthy ending. Join us in making that happen! We're looking for a compassionate, confident, and organized Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team and help guide our clients safely through detox and early recovery. You'll oversee a dedicated team of RNs and LPNs, provide direct care to clients, and ensure high-quality, ethical, and effective services are delivered at every turn. You'll also be a key clinical voice in coordinating care and advancing our mission of sustainable sobriety.
