Mental Health Technician - Haven In Conway

Arisa Health is seeking candidates to fill Mental Health Technician positions at Haven, a residential program for girls in Conway, AR. Mental Health Technicians provide direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to adolescent girls ages 12-18 residing in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP). This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, trauma-informed environment that promotes emotional regulation, skill development, and healing from complex trauma. College students who are currently studying psychology or a related field are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be at least 21 years old. This position is classified as full-time, non-exempt (hourly).

Work Hours:

Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-4:00pm; Wednesday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm (40 hours) This position is eligible for shift differential. What you will do as a Mental Health Technician at
