Founded in 1983 and accredited by The Joint Commission, our quiet campus has retained much of the cozy charm and character that existed then. The Milieu Coordinator will report to the ACNO and CNO. Must be thoroughly familiar with behavioral theory and concepts and be able to apply behavioral principles. This position will assist in interviewing applicants, as needed. This position will assist in completion of performance evaluation process on MHAs. In addition, this position will oversee/coordinate the specific unit that they are assigned and initially address any corrective actions needed in conjunction with the charge nurse and/or nursing supervisor.
