Important - Please Read Before Applying To be considered for this position, applicants must already possess the following: Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Current TB Test In-Person CPR & First Aid Certification Must be at least 18 years of age About Blessed Hands Health Care Blessed Hands Health Care is a licensed Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) dedicated to providing safe, structured, and compassionate care to individuals receiving substance use and mental health services. Our mission is to support recovery through accountability, consistency, and individualized care while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and client safety. We are seeking dependable, compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping others and interested in building a career in the behavioral health field. Position Overview The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides direct support and supervision to clients residing in a behavioral health residential setting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, supportive, and structured environment while assisting clients with daily activities, recovery goals, and treatment participation. No prior behavioral health experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and monitor clients throughout the shift Facilitate and assist with therapeutic groups and activities Complete daily documentation, including counseling notes and client observations Observe, document, and report client behaviors, concerns, and progress Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment Provide emotional support and assist with de-escalation when needed Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff Assist with medication monitoring and documentation as assigned Complete required logs, reports, and administrative tasks Transport clients to approved appointments and activities using a company vehicle Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and facility policies Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to client care Strong observation and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers, tablets, and electronic documentation systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or residential treatment is preferred but not required Why Join Our Team?
