• Successful Livings LLC is a 7-bed male adolescent Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) dedicated to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth. Our mission is to empower residents through compassionate care, skill-building, and individualized support.

• Position Summary:

• We are seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and skilled in working with adolescent males in a residential behavioral health setting. This role involves providing direct care, maintaining a structured environment, and supporting treatment goals.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct supervision and support to adolescent residents
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans
• Assist with daily living activities and life skills development
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Document behaviors, incidents, and progress accurately and timely
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies
• Collaborate with clinical staff and team members

• Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Behavioral Health Technician or in a similar role
• Experience working with adolescents preferred
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations

• Schedule:

• Full-time and part-time shifts available (including evenings, nights,weekends)
• Competitive hourly pay ($18
