Job Description

Responsibilities Join our compassionate Canyon Ridge Hospital team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients every day. We are seeking dedicated Mental Health Workers to provide direct patient care and support in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.
Available Schedules:
Full-Time Shifts Available:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Responsibilities Monitor patient safety and well-being. Assist patients with therapeutic activities and daily living needs. Observe, document, and report patient behaviors and concerns. Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to provide quality patient care. Qualifications Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Behavioral health, healthcare, or direct patient care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Current BLS certification preferred CPI certification preferred
