About Us Beginnings Treatment is a licensed residential treatment program providing comprehensive care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our team is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a structured and supportive environment. Position Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support clients in our inpatient residential setting. BHTs play a critical role in maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment while assisting clients in their daily routines and recovery process. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision and support to clients in a residential treatment setting Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with program rules and structure Assist with client admissions, orientations, and discharges Monitor client behavior and report any concerns to clinical or medical staff Facilitate or support group activities as needed Document client observations and incidents in the electronic health record (KIPU) Conduct drug and alcohol testing in accordance with program protocols Transport clients to appointments or outside meetings when required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Qualifications Please have experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment (Knowledge of
