We are seeking a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Behavior Technician to join our team . This position involves working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), a developmental condition that presents persistent challenges in speech and nonverbal communication, social interaction, and restricted/repetitive behaviors. Behavior Technicians will work with children through play-based activities and provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, helping children build the necessary skills to learn and grow. This case involves Intensive Behavior Care that involves working in a 2:1 team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct interaction with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other special needs. Conducting play-based activities and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy . Assisting children with speech and nonverbal communication, social interaction, and managing restricted/repetitive behaviors Comfortable participating in physical activities such as sitting on the floor, standing, walking (up to 1 hour), and occasional lifting (up to 35 pounds) Implementing behavior support plans as directed by supervisor Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately to challenging behaviors, which may include self-injurious behavior (SIB), aggression, elopement, non-compliance, and/or tantrums using approved strategies with guidance from supervisor Collecting accurate data during therapy sessions via Rethink Mobile App (training will be provided) Completing clear and timely session notes at the end of each session Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support client goals

Requirements:
