We are seeking a swing shift Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team and help deliver high-quality care in a structured, supportive environment. Job Summary As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will provide direct client care, maintain accurate documentation, ensure adherence to facility policies, and support clients throughout the recovery process. M-F 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Enforce company policies, procedures, and protocols Complete client intakes in the EMR system upon admission Conduct routine rounds to ensure client safety and compliance Perform drug testing in accordance with approved procedures Conduct medication passes with clients Maintain accurate client documentation and report observations to the Operations Director Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of facility supplies Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members EducationCertification High school diploma or equivalent Current CPRFirst Aid certification Certified or registered as RADT, SUDRC, or equivalent Experience Understanding of counseling and treatment procedures for substance use disorders Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Crisis management and sound judgment Proficiency in documentation and data entry Compassionate, professional approach to client care Work EnvironmentPhysical Requirements Frequent sitting with occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) TB test within one year prior to or within 7 days of hire; annual health screening required
