Full Job Description Care Coordinator Role:

Performs all duties relevant to providing direct care for individuals receiving detoxification and treatment services within the guidelines of Treatment Center policies and procedures. The duties include, but are not limited to: collaboration with clinical team regarding client care monitoring potential detox clients and ensures consistent screening and documentation completes all necessary logs performing searches of client's room and belongings - inventories belongings accurately provide direct care to monitor for behavioral needs/changes, symptoms and/or compliance with treatment plan assist nursing staff with medication management, performs COWs/CIWAs/Vitals as needed monitoring UAs and drug testing ensure cleanliness of rooms and work environment ensure clients clothing and bedding is clean assist with inventory, routine maintenance and storage of medical supplies and equipment if certified/registered, assist with providing group sessions to clients submits all necessary documentation in EMR (Kipu)
