In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting individuals with mental health challenges, including addiction and various mental health issues. Your primary focus will be on providing care and assistance to patients while ensuring their safety and well-being in a multidisciplinary therapeutic environment. This is an overnight position from 11 PM to 7 AM with Monday and Tuesday off. Duties Assist in the daily care and support of individuals with mental health conditions. Monitor patient behavior and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to patient care. Engage patients in therapeutic activities that promote social interaction and emotional well-being. Collaborate with the clinical team and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide support during crisis situations, employing de-escalation techniques as needed. Participate in training sessions related to behavioral health and addiction treatment. Requirements Experience working with individuals with addiction and/or mental health conditions is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. A background in mental health or addiction is a plus. Must be compassionate, patient, and able to maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
