Job Description

Safe Harbor Treatment Center is a Trauma-Informed Addiction and Mental Health facility that is dedicated to helping people recover from substance use disorder and the underlying issues that can lead to addiction. Overall Job Description:
You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the treatment program's community and attends to the client's essential needs while on detoxification or residential status.
Responsibilities:
Completion of all duties and/or documentation within Company and DHCS timelines Client rounds on a half-hour basis and documentation on rounds sheet Responsible to read shift log at beginning of the shift and complete their own shift log and essential tasks contained therein by the conclusion of shift. Complete new admission intake procedures according to Company policies on all new admissions (UA, belongings searches, and paperwork). Documentation of daily progress in client files. Overnight staff to document quantity and quality of sleep in progress notes. Monitor and document client taking medications in accordance with Company and DHCS guidelines Monitor and document client blood pressure and other vitals in accordance with Company and DHCS guidelines Transportation of clients to appointments, meetings, etc. Crisis Intervention Logging of new medications or medication changes according to DHCS and Company procedures. Filing, copying files, and other office duties as assigned. Assist, teach and/or supervise clients with general program activities Maintain cleanliness, food preparation, and complete daily shift logs. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Physical ability to perform assigned duties TB test within the past 60 days or 7 days after the date of hire Current CPR and First Aid Certified Registered Recovery Worker through a DHCS approved certifying organization Safe Harbor is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
