Behavioral Health Technician Path to Recovery Detox - 4.0 Pasadena, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $18.57 an hour 9 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification Full Job Description About Us We are a licensed detox and residential treatment facility dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and healing environment for individuals in early recovery. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Behavioral Health Technician to join our team - including weekend shifts. What You'll Do Monitor clients and complete regular rounds to ensure a safe, supportive therapeutic environment Input and document client vitals accurately and in a timely manner Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation, applying therapeutic techniques to support clients' emotional well-being Support and co-facilitate therapeutic groups Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment for clients Complete clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards What We're Looking For RADT/SUDRC or higher credential (required) Current CPR certification prior to start date Negative TB test prior to start date Weekend availability (required) Proficiency in clinical documentation and KIPU preferred (training provided for the right candidate) Strong communication skills and a calm, steady presence in high-stress situations A genuine desire to support clients through their recovery journey We offer a positive, close-knit, and supportive work environment where your growth matters - including mentorship and support toward becoming a certified counselor as you build your career in behavioral health.
