Qualifications:

Live in or near Torrance or Redondo Beach. Licensed Vocational Nurse, Certified Mental Health Technician, DSP II or CNA Preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in medical or mental health care required. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support patients with depression and anxiety. Minimum 2 years of providing hands on personal care to persons with physical disabilities not limited to wheel chair bound. California Drivers License Required. CPR Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire. Exceptional organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities Provided one-on-one personal care for a wheelchair-bound client in a private home. Assisted with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and safe transfers. Monitored vital signs, mental status, and changes in condition; reported concerns to the care team. Offered emotional support, companionship, and cognitive engagement to promote well-being. Assisted with medication reminders and documented daily care and observations. Prepared meals, performed light housekeeping, and maintained a safe, clean home environment. Collaborated with family and healthcare providers to ensure quality, client-centered care.
