What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop meaningful life skills.
Your responsibilities include:
Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Encourage positive behaviors while reducing challenging behaviors Collect accurate behavioral data Complete daily session notes and documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors Participate in trainings and professional development Every session creates opportunities for growth, confidence, and independence for the children we serve. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, child-centered environment Preferred Qualifications Experience in: ABA Therapy Behavioral Health Autism Services Mental Health Childcare Education Special Education Psychology Human Services Previous experience as: Behavior Technician (BT) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Paraprofessional Instructional Aide Direct Support Professional (DSP) Caregiver Preschool Teacher Behavioral Interventionist No certification? No problem. We provide paid training and support for individuals beginning their ABA career.
