What You'll Do As a Behavioral Health Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help them develop meaningful life skills.

Your responsibilities include:

Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Encourage positive behaviors while reducing challenging behaviors Collect accurate behavioral data Complete daily session notes and documentation Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical supervisors Participate in trainings and professional development Every session creates opportunities for growth, confidence, and independence for the children we serve.
