This NOC posting requires the following FOUR scheduled days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday. Candidates must be able to support this schedule from 11:00pm-7:30am. NOC / Overnight Mental Health Technician at Ohana Recovery Residences, Women's Supportive Housing for Monima Wellness Center (women's mental health treatment program)

Duties & Responsibilities:

NOC Experience Required Med Management Experience preferred Experience with KIPU, Microsoft Office / Excel/ Teams, etc. preferred Maintain Respect and Compassion with clients and staff at all times Support coverage for Ohana's second location as needed Reliable with attendance when scheduled Remain emotionally regulated and professional with staff and clients at all times Shift management with client med-pass, breathalyzing (BA), and urinary analysis (UA) Print, create and prepare client scheduled UA's for the following day Provide conflict resolution, safety, and maintain calm redirection in high stress moments Listen to and support clients, while redirecting to connect with their treatment team when applicable Strong communication with clients and staff with emphasis on professionalism Relate professionally, ethically, and compassionately to clients, peers, and staff at all times If workload with Med Management permits, offer assistance with other shifts with intakes, discharges, uploading paperwork Relaying accurate and appropriate information via Outlook, Shift Notes, Teams Provide assistance with all departments as needed in the supervision of residents Enforcement on structure and client regulated obligations (house rules, etc.) Monitors the needs and behaviors of residents Shift notes on client behavior, incident reports and warning signs Maintains current and valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Ability to drive work van in the case of an emergency (such as resident's requiring urgent medical attention, etc.) Documenting any client activities throughout the shift Maintains house cleanliness and upkeep and enforces this with clients Attends and participates in staff meetings and trainings, if able Coordinate and encourage client engagement and attendance Participates in the development of quality improvement projects HIPAA compliant at all times Helpful and adaptive with assistance in all staff departments Serve as a point of de-escalation for both client and team relations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Provide a mentorship in example to clients to create an environment of growth Maintain a safe, supportive, and secure environment for both clients and staff Summary As an overnight Mental Health Technician, you play a vital role in fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for the women at Ohana Recovery Residences. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer of Ohana, you'll provide compassionate, trauma-informed care while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and structure. Responsibilities include medication management, clear and accurate documentation, and strong communication for the clinical and administrative teams. This role requires a calm and grounded presence, effective crisis-intervention skills, and the ability to support both clients and staff collaboratively.
