Overview We are excited to announce an opening for a dynamic Program Manager (Psychiatric Technician or LVN) dedicated to overseeing two 6-bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) homes designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This vital role combines leadership, clinical expertise, and compassionate care to ensure residents receive the highest quality support in a safe, nurturing environment. As a Program Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise staff, and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being. Duties Lead and manage staff teams across two residential ICF homes, ensuring adherence to care standards and regulatory requirements Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' needs Monitor resident behavior and provide crisis intervention when necessary to maintain safety and stability Conduct regular patient observations, behavioral assessments, and medical record documentation to track progress and inform care strategies Coordinate with healthcare providers on medication administration, psychiatric evaluations, and acute care needs Facilitate staff training on behavior management, patient monitoring, medical terminology, and psychiatric care protocols Ensure compliance with all licensing standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements within the facility Starting pay is $70,304/annually Experience Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities or in behavioral health setting Hands-on experience with patient observation, behavior management strategies, and medication administration Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient monitoring procedures Previous supervisory or program management experience in a residential or healthcare environment preferred Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion Join us in leading compassionate care initiatives that empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
