Role:

Group Facilitation:

Facilitate and support clinician-led group sessions to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes.

Skill Development:

Conduct skill-based group sessions to help clients develop essential life skills and coping strategies

Daily Support & Medication Administration:

Administer daily medications and support clients in daily activities such as cooking, laundry, and other life skills training while aiding in house duties like cleaning and maintenance

Documentation and Performance:

Ensure all documentation is completed within 24 hours and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
