Role:
Group Facilitation & Skill Development:
Facilitate and support clinician-led and skill-based group sessions to enhance client engagement, treatment outcomes, and the development of essential life skills and coping strategies.
Daily Support:
Support clients in daily activities such as cooking, laundry, and other life skills training while aiding in house duties like cleaning and maintenance
Documentation and Performance:
Ensure all documentation is completed within 24 hours and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
