- $28.24 an hour
- Full-Time Days, 36 hours per week +$2.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or preferred.
- BLS certification and de-escalation training required by the end of conditional period.
- Wilderness First Aide required within 6 months for techs working in nature-based programs.
- One-year experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric facility preferred
Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains and terminates a therapeutic relationship with patients.
- Records observation of significant patient behavior through progress notes.
- Implements program schedule, leads or co-facilitates therapeutic groups and individual activities, and maintains appropriate structure for patients.
- Assists clinician in charge with patient transportation and maintaining patient safety to off-site therapeutic setting
- Documents completion of all treatment assignments and 1:1 interaction with patients in the Electronic Health Record.
