Location Doral Full/Part Time Full-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 37390.38 Min Pay Frequency Yearly Maximum Rate 60291.65 Max Pay Frequency Yearly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Two years of experience in the receipt, storage, issuance and/or filing of records are required. Must possess a Driver license. Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Applicants will be subject to an extensive screening process to include background investigation, fingerprint check and polygraph examination. Recruitment Notes The position is responsible for handling internal and external records requests while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws (to include public records), collective bargaining agreements and departmental policies. The incumbent will receive, retrieve, organize, inventory and scan departmental records from various departmental facilities/units/bureaus. Assists in the periodic auditing of departmental records.
