What You'll Be Doing As a Mental Health Technician (MHT) on our 1st shift team, you'll play a key role in supporting our residents' daily routines and emotional well-being. You'll work closely with our team to create a safe, structured, and compassionate environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support residents with daily activities in a respectful and professional manner Monitor resident behavior and provide documentation as needed Assist in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment Collaborate with clinical and support staff to enhance quality of care Light clerical work and documentation Your Schedule Full-Time |7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Set schedule, including weekends and holidays What We're Looking For Experience working with adults with mental illness strongly preferred Strong clerical and organizational skills Compassionate, reliable, and a team player Must pass a drug screen , Level 2 criminal background check (https://info.flclearinghouse.com) , and TB test Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record required Why Choose Lakewood?
