Additional Requirements:

Successful pre-employment medical screening (drug test and TB) Level 2 Background screening (DCF & AHCA) Completion of orientation Requires a High School diploma/equivalent. One (1) year direct-care experience in a behavioral health, human services, corrections, mental health or related field. OR The successful completion of the equivalent of 30 semester/credit hours towards an undergraduate degree in health, behavioral health, human services or a related field. Should possess a general knowledge of co-occurring disorders in order to best serve both target populations (substance abuse and mental health preferred). Must be comfortable working with children and adults and to use verbal and physical interventions (as a last resort) to manage aggression.
