Job Description

Behavioral Health Technicians needed for Detox/Res program.
CURRENT SCHEDULE NEEDS
Overnights 7p-7a specific days TBD and may include weekends. Must have driver's license and clean driving record.
Primary Duties:
Assist with the implementation of program schedule and rules Process client for intake and perform waived tests Provide support to clients in early recovery Observe and report client progress, concerns or changes to the clinical team Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Conduct various tasks relating to the substance use treatment program operations including rounds, cleaning, inventory, recordkeeping, safety checks etc Maintain housing and FARR Standards, keep facilities clean and orderly and in compliance with housing guidelines and operating standards
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma/GED required (with proof) Must be at least 21 years old Previous experience working with substance use treatment population preferred Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and crisis intervention skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Must have a valid license to drive and very good driving record
