Proficiency in medical documentation, medical terminology, and electronic health records management (EMR/EHR). Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times. Skilled in crisis intervention, crisis management, de-escalation techniques, and client communication. Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently when needed for emergency situations. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable.
