PER DIEM -12
hour shifts with weekend availability Behavioral Health Technician for our Detox/RES program. Come join our team!
Duties:
Assist with the implementation of program schedule and rules Provide support to clients in early recovery Provide transportation for clients to meetings or appointments Observe and report client progress, concerns or changes to the clinical team Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations Conduct various tasks relating to the substance use treatment program operations including light cleaning, inventory, recordkeeping, safety checks etc
Qualifications:
Must have a valid license to drive with no major moving violations in past 5 yrs Minimum High School Diploma/GED required (with proof) Must be at least 21 years old Previous experience working with substance use treatment population Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and crisis intervention skills Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Must possess or be working toward a Florida Board Certification for Behavioral Health TechniciansSkills.
