Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a state-approved mental health technician training program or relevant clinical experience. Basic certification in CPR and First Aid. Ability to pass background checks and meet state-specific licensing or certification requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher in psychology, social work, or a related field. Experience working in inpatient or outpatient mental health settings.
