Your Role Serve as a positive role model and support adolescents in treatment. Assist with daily programming, including therapy sessions, structured activities, and activity transitions. Monitor client safety, manage behavioral challenges, and use de-escalation techniques. Document participation, behaviors, and progress in the EMR.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$16
  • $20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For Experience with adolescents in behavioral/mental health (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and crisis-management skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
