Your energetic approach will help create a positive environment where clients can thrive. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data on client progress, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. Your dedication will make a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve. What you'll do Implement individualized behavior principles. Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust strategies as needed. ensure the safety and well-being of clients. Assist the nurse with medication administration while adhering to HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Engage in patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and supporting daily living skills. Collaborate with therapist, nurse and other professionals to develop comprehensive care strategies for recovery Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational policies. Basic qualifications Experience working with substance abuse and mental health issues individuals Knowledge of intervention techniques and behavior management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation practices, and behavioral health concepts. Preferred qualifications Experience in detox , residential patients Background in substance abuse and mental illness Skills in data collection and analysis related to behavioral health outcomes.
