In this vital role, you will provide specialized support in mental health and behavioral care, working closely with individuals across a spectrum of neurodevelopmental and behavioral conditions. Your expertise will help create a safe, supportive environment while delivering high-quality patient care through precise medical documentation, behavior intervention, and crisis management. Responsibilities Administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy in accordance with established protocols to support mental health treatment plans. Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including gathering medical history and evaluating patient needs related to neurodevelopmental disorders and other behavioral health conditions. Maintain accurate medical records and document all procedures using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' behavioral goals. Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors effectively and ensure safety for clients and staff. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive mental health and behavioral care tailored to each individual's needs. Experience Demonstrated background in mental health settings involving crisis management, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records (EHR/EHR management). TMS Experience is a plus Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism and compassion. Pay:
