Full Job Description Behavioral Health Technician Duties:

Observe and report safety, maintenance problems. Interact appropriately with clients, showing them respect while maintaining boundaries. Maintain professional demeanor at all times. Exercise sound professional judgment and seek assistance as necessary to effectively manage client behavior. Follows all company policies and procedures Remind clients of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately. Provide emotional support for clients while referring them to therapy staff to deal with clinical issues.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Clean Driving Record
