Full-time (on-site) About Peak Brain and Body We are a neurological rehabilitation clinic that helps patients with complex conditions like POTS, dysautonomia, long COVID, ME/CFS, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, concussions, and other causes of chronic dizziness, headaches, brain fog, fatigue, and pain. Most of our patients have "tried everything" and are still looking for answers. We provide highly individualized, evidence-informed care focused on restoring real-world function and quality of life. Role Summary We are hiring a Neuro Rehabilitation Technician to support our clinical team. This is a non-licensed role working under the direct supervision of licensed providers. You will guide patients through exercises and activities, help track their responses, and keep sessions running smoothly. No prior experience with POTS, dysautonomia, or concussion is required. We expect to train you. What matters most is a genuine passion for this population and a strong willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Support delivery of 1:1 under clinician direction Guide patients through prescribed exercises, balance work, and activity plans Monitor symptoms and tolerance (e.g., dizziness, heart rate changes, fatigue) and promptly communicate concerns to the clinical team Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment Assist with patient flow: rooming patients, helping them feel comfortable, keeping sessions on time Accurately document basic session details and observations in the EMR Participate in ongoing training to learn our neurological and autonomic rehab protocols Preferred Background (Not Required) Coursework or degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Experience as a rehab tech / aide in a physical therapy, chiropractic, or rehab clinic Experience in a patient-facing role (healthcare, fitness, coaching, etc.) Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Comfort working with medically complex patients who may be sensitive to light, sound, and exertion Strong communication skills and calm, reassuring presence Organized, reliable, and willing to follow detailed clinical instructions Eager to learn, accept feedback, and grow with the clinic Who This Role Is For You light up at the idea of helping people with invisible illnesses feel seen and supported.
