$15.00/hour + up to $1.50/hour Overnight Shift Differential πŸ•’
Schedule:
Full-Time | Overnight Shift | Three 12-Hour Shifts | 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM 🎯

Full Benefits Package + PTO + Growth Opportunities Make a Difference in Recovery Pyramid Healthcare in Augusta, GA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Full-Time Overnight Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team. This position provides direct care and support to clients receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services in a structured residential setting. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and supportive treatment environment while helping clients navigate their recovery journey. This role works closely with clinical and support teams to meet client needs and promote stability, safety, and progress. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate the intake process for new clients entering the program Provide direct supervision, support, and engagement with clients throughout treatment Maintain accurate and timely client documentation Observe and document client self-administration of medications as applicable Coordinate and support client activities Follow treatment plan objectives and address individual client needs Assess behavioral and emotional needs of clients and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention when needed Provide safe and professional transportation services for clients Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes Supervise and support clients during transportation Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly treatment environment Assist with client dietary needs as required Complete all required documentation related to services provided Complete all required trainings and maintain compliance with company standards Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous behavioral health, healthcare, residential treatment, or related experience preferred Valid driver's license in the state of employment with a safe driving record Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and analyze information Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold ethical standards Understanding of confidentiality, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered care Why Pyramid Healthcare?
