    Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am (FT 40hrs) Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am (FT 40hrs) Sunday to Thursday 12am to 8am (FT 40hrs) Tuesday to Saturday 10pm to 6am (FT 40hrs) Tuesday to Saturday 11pm to 7am (FT 40hrs) Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 8am (FT 40hrs)
  • Your shift preferences will be discussed during your initial recruitment call.
Pay Rate:
CPS ($19.00 an hour to start) RBT or Field care consultants ($18.00 an hour to start)
Mission/Role:
Serves as second responder providing community-based, face-to-face, rapid response to children and adults with behavioral health conditions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an active state of crisis. This service operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. MCRS is provided in community settings including, but not limited to: homes, residential settings, other treatment/support settings, schools, hospital emergency departments, jails, and social service settings. Requirements:
Qualifications Education:
Georgia CPS certification or RBT certification preferred. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid CPR certification is required. You may obtain certification through organizations such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or the Health and Safety Institute.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience working with consumers with mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
General Work Competencies:
Communication, Quality of Work, Productivity, Teamwork. Must be computer literate and proficient.

Working Conditions:
This job requires employees to respond to mobile dispatches throughout the shift, via their own personal vehicle. The position requires frequent in person interaction. The ability to stand, walk, drive, speak and move freely (including navigating stairs) are required. You must be able to drive at any time of day or night, and do so safely and without restriction for length, duration or condition of the drive. At times, driving in heavy traffic or other adverse weather conditions may be required. The position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers
  • including virtual meeting software and various communications applications and smart phones. Bending, lifting, and manipulating objects up to 25 lbs. may be occasionally required. Ability to drive, stand, or walk for up to 8+ hours a day outdoors is required.
