Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams. Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment Document interventions and progress towards goals Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals Provide support to the client in interpersonal skills, development, and maintenance of personal relationships, and building independence in their school routine Supports school age children to succeed with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
