As one of three Corrective Therapists, you will first be able to assess patients conditions based on the referral from our doctors, assist patients in properly executing proper care plans (stretches, exercises and therapies prescribed in regards to the patients condition). We have frameworks and protocols for Corrective Care that are meant to optimize a patients chiropractic care and overall recovery and results. As a Corrective Therapist you are responsible for performing functional movement assessments of each patient and prescribe the appropriate protocol. You should feel comfortable with autonomy within proper frameworks of care - where you're able to bring your unique experience and knowledge to the table to help your patient. You must have education in kinesiology with a strong understanding of anatomy (origin, insertion & action of the muscle). Ample experience and or additional certifications (C.S.C.S., C.P.T. etc) are required.
