Activities can range from watching movies and playing games to shopping and going to parks. You will coordinate with families and the program supervisor to make your schedule. As an employee of Access Behavioral Health Services, you will have the opportunity to be a member of a team of providers seeking to deliver the best quality of treatment to youth and families that need professional supports. Benefits Flexible schedule Gas reimbursement Vacation time, sick pay Health Insurance, vision, dental and life insurance available after 90 days and working 30 hours per week Positive work environment Entry level for career development Responsibilities Complete all new hire trainings and paperwork Maintain CPR and First aid certification Create your schedule, be consistent and on time Meet with youth and engage them in their interests Maintain documentation Meet with supervisor monthly Complete 4 hours of continuing education yearly Effectively coordinate any changes in treatment needs of youth and family with the program supervisor Requirements Have experience working with children and teens. You must have a high school diploma or equivalent Be 18 or older Have a valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation Applicants must have CPR/First Aid certification (we can provide certification) Be able to pass a criminal background check At Access our desire is to help improve the quality of daily life for our follow community members and we pride ourselves on providing best-practice client centered services.
