Join our dedicated team as a Sober Living House Staff member and become a vital part of transforming lives through compassionate care and structured support. In this role, you will provide direct assistance to participants navigating recovery from substance use disorders and mental health challenges, ensuring their safety, well-being, and progress toward long-term recovery and stability. Your energetic and proactive approach will help foster a positive environment where participants feel empowered, supported, and motivated to achieve their treatment and recovery goals. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing valuable skills in behavioral health, crisis intervention, and integrated co-occurring disorder treatment. Responsibilities Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Transporting participants (Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record) Maintain a safe and supportive house. Assist with intake process. Possesses physical and mental health that is adequate to perform job duties. Self-identified person in recovery must have at least one (1) year of sobriety and/or mental health stability. Must pass pre-hire requirements including an enhanced criminal background check and drug screening. Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Experience in behavioral health or a current Recovery Coach, is highly desirable Knowledge of conflict management techniques and practices Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with participants, families, and team members Valid first aid certification; CPR certification is a plus Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining confidentiality Join us in making a difference!
